Abstract
► Gas permeation through stretched polyisoprene rubber membranes was studied. ► Two methods were employed to estimate the permeability coefficients of pure gases. ► A dynamic method was based on volume and pressure measurements of a gas balloon. ► A time-lag method was used to analyze the gas permeation in a permeation cell. ► Both methods gave comparable results.
