Abstract
⺠Gas permeation through stretched polyisoprene rubber membranes was studied. ⺠Two methods were employed to estimate the permeability coefficients of pure gases. ⺠A dynamic method was based on volume and pressure measurements of a gas balloon. ⺠A time-lag method was used to analyze the gas permeation in a permeation cell. ⺠Both methods gave comparable results.
