Abstract
► Membranes properties could be tailored by manipulating the pyrolysis temperatures. ► Increase in pyrolysis temperature leads to a decrease in permeance value. ► An increase of about 3 times for both CO2/CH4 and CO2/N2 selectivity was observed. ► Good performance PEI/PVP-based carbon membrane was obtained.
