Abstract
⺠Rapid flash chromatographic method was developed for the separation of polymethoxyflavones. ⺠Developed method is repeatable and robust. ⺠Isolated polymethoxyflavones were identified by Maldi TOF-MS and NMR spectra. ⺠First report from Cleopatra mandarin and Marrs sweet orange fruits.
