Abstract
⺠Trypsinogen and chymotrypsinogen partitioning in aqueous biphasic systems was assayed. ⺠A mixture highly pure (95%) of TRPz and ChTRPz is recovered after one extraction step. ⺠No clarification stage is required. ⺠A final back extraction allow to remove polyethyleneglycol drastically.
