Abstract
⺠We study volcanic lightning during the eruption of Redoubt Volcano. ⺠We examined types and characteristics of lightning during eruptions. ⺠We compared overall size of volcanic lightning storms to eruption parameters. ⺠We found a correlation between plume height and total amount of lightning per event.
