Abstract
► The Cretaceous DMG intrusion formed in an intracontinental extensional setting. ► It coincides with the formation of pull-apart basin and metamorphic core complex. ► Crust contamination of asthenospheric melts coupled with FC produced this intrusion. ► The intrusion recorded magmatic event associated with underplating of asthenosphere. ► Asthenospheric underplating and lithospheric delamination caused lithospheric thinning.
