Abstract
► Clinopyroxene inclusions were found in chromite of the Gaositai Alaskan-type complex. ► The parent magma was high in Mg# (>90) and CaO, but depleted in Nb and Ti. ► The parent magma was a typical arc ankaramite. ► The Gaositai complex originated from a hydrous-carbonatite fluxed lithospheric mantle above a subduction zone.
