Abstract
⺠In an anatectic zone, carbonatites are transformed in a metamorphic association. ⺠The igneous mineralogy of carbonatites completely disappeared. ⺠The metamorphic mineralogy is composed by diopside, vesuvianite, garnet and calcite. ⺠The metacarbonatites differ in C and O isotopic contents from the igneous protholiths. ⺠Metamorphic reactions were associated with the infiltration of F-rich aqueous fluids.
