Abstract
⺠Inherited deformed white mica preserve their initial 40Ar/39Ar crystallisation age. ⺠Deformed minerals cannot provide the time of deformation. ⺠Neocrystallisation argon age provide a reliable age of deformation-fluid activity. ⺠Si-phengite can be used as a good geobarometer in the water-saturated domain.
