Abstract
⺠Damolândia and Taquaral intrusions correspond to layered mafic-ultramafic complexes. ⺠Coupled dissolution-reprecipitation process partially erased zircon U-Pb system. ⺠Hf-in-zircon revealed that crystals have formed in one single episode. ⺠Mafic magmatism is associated with the development of the UHT assemblages. ⺠Prograde-to-peak UHT stage occurred earlier than previously suggested.
