Abstract
⺠Zoned metapelitic xenoliths are consistent with single stage equilibrium evolution. ⺠Heating rates govern the degree of retention of H2O in lower grade hydrates. ⺠Stability of solid phases, particularly corundum, is sensitive to bulk H2O contents.
