Abstract
The circular systems including the carbonate collapse on surface of carbonate platform are located along NWW-oriented tenso-shear faults caused by the Dongsha Event. The faults served as pathways for the corrosive fluids for carbonate solution. Most of collapses occurred after the formation of faults in Late Miocene, which had a good match with the tectonism.
