Abstract
⺠Significant decreasing trends were observed in the 1930s, 1970s and 1980s. ⺠Significant trends were common in the 1960s, late 1980s to the most recent years. ⺠More significant trends were found in the OND season than in the MAM season. ⺠Relationship between trends in precipitation and in flows was found. ⺠Areas with significant trends concentrated in the North to North Eastern.
