Abstract
⺠Interpolation of data points is a main source of prediction errors during mapping. ⺠Compared different interpolation approaches and techniques for predicting θv. ⺠Approach 1 underestimated θv. ⺠Approach 2 overestimated θv, but reduced prediction bias and improved accuracy. ⺠This study suggests an alternative approach of mapping secondary variables.
