Abstract
⺠179 well-dated, mono-specific foraminifera samples were analyzed for D/L Asp & Glu. ⺠Samples from the Pacific, Atlantic, and Arctic oceans range in age to 1.5 Ma. ⺠Multiple foraminifera taxa racemize at similar rates (within â¼15%). ⺠D/L values increase systematically with sample and site temperature. ⺠D/L values generally conform to model published previously (Kaufman, 2006).
