Abstract
⺠Issyk-Kul Basin (Kyrgyz N. Tien Shan) formed on Early Palaeozoic granitic basement. ⺠Punctuated Meso-Cenozoic reactivation is constrained by low-T thermochronology. ⺠Several Permo-Triassic, Jurassic, Cretaceous and Neogene phases are documented.
