Abstract
From 513 to 420Â Ma, the Qimantagh basement mainly underwent the northward subduction of the Qimantagh Ocean. In the Permian (290-257Â Ma), due to the northward subduction of the Paleo-Tethyan Ocean, the Qimantagh area was characterized by an active continental margin setting, developing a continental magmatic arc.
