Abstract
⺠Analysis of thickness, spacing, and clustering of veins in a fault-fracture mesh. ⺠Power-law thickness distribution for both shear and extension fractures. ⺠High fractal dimension of thickness distribution indicates distributed deformation. ⺠New fractures form in wall rock in preference to reactivation of old veins.
