Abstract
⺠Shape of P-T path of tectonic nappes indicate cooling and decompression in the blueschist facies during D2 deformation. ⺠Syn-D2 tectonometamorphic evolution occur since the beginning of accretion of each nappe to accretionary wedge. ⺠Nappe incorporation to the overriding plate implies a jump in the basal thrust towards the foreland. ⺠Samaná complex represents an accretionary wedge built during subduction and collision.
