Abstract
⺠A new Last Interglacial, isotopic record of diatom silica (δ18Odiatom) from Lake Baikal was investigated. ⺠Fluctuations in the isotopic record suggest strong teleconnections with Atlantic meridional overturning circulation. ⺠Millennial scale variability during Last Interglacial was significantly less pronounced than during the Holocene.
