Abstract
⺠Species-specific δ13C of benthic ostracode species reflects methanogenesis. ⺠δ13C of ostracodes is related to methanogenesis. ⺠Early Holocene shift in δ13C is related to establishment of NAO. ⺠δ13C as new proxy for climate change.
