Abstract
(a) Traveltime residuals for different NMO approximations corresponding to the deepest interfaces of the Cooper basin model; (b) depth conversion based on the hyperbolic equation (conventional velocity analysis) and the 3-term Taner and Koehler equation, using the RMS and the RMQ velocities.
