Abstract
⺠Fixed wing EM systems are subject to heavy noise. ⺠Noise sources can be quantified by 3D finite element modeling. ⺠Strongest noise source is wing flexure followed by roll and aircraft-ocean EM coupling. ⺠Aircraft effects are not constant and therefore not easy to calibrate.
