Abstract
⺠Seismic wave amplification in the Tunis basin is strong. ⺠The Boundary Element Method quantifies the parameter sensitivity of the amplification process. ⺠Maximum amplification level and related frequencies well retrieved by BEM simulations. ⺠Overall maximum amplification has to be considered to avoid the sensitivity of the location of maximum amplification in space. ⺠Influence of the wave-field incidence and material damping is also shown.
