Abstract
⺠This is the first palynological study of a radiocarbon dated guano deposit in Romania ⺠Results are consistent with the known vegetation history during the Late Subatlantic ⺠Two climate events are reflected: the Medieval Climate Anomaly and the Little Ice Age ⺠Human impact is mainly related to deforestation, grazing and agriculture.
