- H-β zeolite shell was coated onto a 8wt%Ni/8wt%Mg/Ce0.6Zr0.4O2 core catalyst.
- Pore size of H-β zeolite is smaller than C7H8 and larger than CH4.
- H-β zeolite shell on reforming catalyst significantly increased the CH4 conversion.
- H-β zeolite shell on reforming catalyst has lower C7H8 conversion.
- Results validate size selective catalysis to control reforming reactant selectivity.
