Abstract
- Gold acetate dissolved into Na2CO3 aq. solution to afford Clâ-free Au(III) solution.
- Au nanoparticles smaller than 6Â nm can be deposited by impregnation.
- Any type of metal oxide can be available irrespective of its isoelectricpoint.
- Au/CeO2 is more active for CO oxidation compared with the conventional DP catalyst.
- Au/saponite clay is dispersed well in water and quite active for glucose oxidation.
