Abstract
- Novel catalysts prepared from Fe ethylenediaminetetraacetate (FeEDTAâ) on CeO2.
- Spectroscopy indicates small FeOx aggregates; no evidence for crystalline FeOx.
- 45% of FeOx centers from NaFeEDTA were redox active - twice that from Fe(NO3)3.
- EDTA precursor gives 50% higher activity than nitrate in NO reduction with H2.
- Catalyst activity proportional to number of redox-cycling FeOx across all samples.
