Abstract
- For the first time, hierarchical Fe3O4@mTiO2@Au microspheres were prepared.
- These microspheres possess multicomponent structures and multifunctional features.
- These microspheres showed both magnetic properties and photocatalytic activity.
- The Fe3O4@mTiO2 showed higher magnetic properties after hydrothermal treatment.
- Au nanoparticle decoration on Fe3O4@mTiO2 improved the photocatalytic activity.
