Abstract
- A novel CuInS2 modified TiO2 heterostructure photoelectrode has been prepared by using an ultrasonication-assisted cathodic electrodeposition strategy.
- The semiconductive type was identified as n-type CuInS2 by XPS, ICP-OES and Mott-Schottky analyse.
- The electrode was photocatalytically active for 2-CP degradation under visible light.
- The photo-induced charge transfer mechanism was suggested.
