Abstract
- Metal-organic framework MIL-53(Fe) is capable of activating H2O2 for RhB degradation.
- The effects of operating parameters on the catalytic performance are examined.
- The activation mechanism of MIL-53(Fe) is investigated and proposed.
- Enhancement in performance is due to the cooperative effects by combination of MIL-53(Fe), H2O2 and visible light.
