- Na and K increase β-SiC oxidation rate during calcination, generating α-cristobalite.
- Mg enhanced CH4 reaction rate and stability, decreasing particle size and increasing basicity.
- Increasing Mg loading in Ni/β-SiC catalysts decreases CO2 reaction rate.
- Higher H2/CO molar ratio and better stability for catalysts with higher amount in Mg.
