Abstract
- Functionalised carbon nanofibers (FCNF) were used as catalysts support.
- FCNF were coated with Ni decorated MoS2 nanosheets.
- Catalysts activity was investigated in the hydroprocessing of a vacuum residue.
- Influence of the decomposition temperature of metallic precursors is stated.
