Abstract
- Highly active Ta/Al-Fe2O3 was synthesized by a simple drop coating method.
- Positive shift of flat band potential was observed after Ta doping.
- Anodic overpotential and charge transfer resistance were both greatly reduced.
- Ta co-doping promoted the separation of electrons and holes.
