Abstract
- TiO2 hollow microspheres (TiO2-HMSs) was rapidly synthesized at 150 °C for 3 h.
- TiO2-HMSs were prepared by heating H2O2-(NH4)2TiF6-urea mixed solution.
- H2O2 promotes the crystallization and induces the hollowing process of TiO2-HMSs.
- H2O2-assisted nucleation and fluoride-induced self-transformation is proposed.
