Abstract
- MWCNTs and activated carbon (AC) were tested in ozonation of bezafibrate (BZF).
- MWCNTs present higher catalytic performance than activated carbons for BZF ozonation.
- Several oxidation products (organics compounds and inorganics ions) were identified.
- The transformation pathway for the complete mineralization of BZF was elucidated.
