Abstract
- Oxidation of TC in both AO and EF processes follows pseudo-first-order reaction kinetics.
- In both AO and EF, efficiency of tested anodes was in order: Ti/RuO2-IrO2 < Pt < BDD.
- Both AO and EF with BDD anode-CF cathode showed outstanding mineralization abilities.
- Almost complete TOC removal (>98%) was reached both in AO and EF with BDD anode.
