Abstract
Three-dimensionally ordered macro- and meso-porous M/CeO2 (M = Pt, Au and Pt-Au alloy) catalysts were created. The 1 wt.% Pt1-Au1/CeO2 (MPt/Au = 1:1) catalyst showed superior catalytic conversion, selectivity, and stability of CO PROX reaction in H2-rich gases due to its macro- and mesoporous structure, synergistic effect of Pt-Au alloy, and the strong interaction of Pt-Au alloy with CeO2 supports.
