Abstract
ⶠPreparation of open-structured catalytic layers in microreactor channels is achieved. ⶠAnchoring Ruthenium on the carbon nanofiber (CNF) surface via homogeneous deposition precipitation and pulsed laser deposition is accomplished. ⶠDeposition by precipitation gives sharp particle size distribution all over CNF layer. ⶠPulsed laser deposition provide possibility to deposit higher ruthenium loadings. ⶠArray of pillars with optimized spacing help to fill microchannels with CNF layers.
