Abstract
ⶠNanosized and La doped NaTaO3 photocatalyst with high crystallinity can be successfully produced. ⶠThese features of La-doped NaTaO3 facilitate charge separation and suppress the recombination. ⶠH2O2 helps form tantalum-peroxo to reduce the particle growth and the calcinations temperature. ⶠThe route allows a lower calcination temperature and gives less organic byproducts. ⶠCrystallography analysis helps explain the effect of doping on the photocatalytic activity.
