Abstract
ⶠEfficient catalytic oxidation of TCP was achieved by a Fe-porphyrin catalyst. ⶠInitial oxidation products were DCQ and Cl ions. ⶠFinal oxidation products were five chlorinated dimmers produced via radical polymerization. ⶠHomogeneous [FeR4P] is more efficient vs. the heterogenized (FeR4P-SiO4) catalyst. ⶠA complete catalytic mechanism is proposed.
