Abstract
ⶠUV-A excitation of TiO2 particles induces concerted electron transfers. ⶠElectron transfers lead to the release of NH3 and CO2. ⶠAnaerobic photocatalytic performance results in hydroxylation of aromatic ring. ⶠHydroxylated intermediates are identified. ⶠAromatic ring opening occurs in aerobic conditions.
