Abstract
MnO2-Fe2O3 catalysts were successfully deposited on the surface of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) filter felt by a redox method, and the as-obtained catalytic filter material was tested in the low-temperature NH3-SCR. NO conversions in the 79.8-99.2% range at 140-180 °C and a gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of 120,000 cm3 gâ 1 hâ 1 were obtained, result which is attributed to the presence of amorphous MnO2 and Fe2O3 catalytic phases. The formation mechanism of the MnO2-Fe2O3 catalyst decorated on the polyphenylene sulfide filter felt is discussed.
