Abstract
A new strategy has been adopted to heterogenize a homogeneous palladium complex onto silica gel. The heterogeneous material shows excellent activity as catalyst for the Suzuki-Miyaura reactions of aryl halides. In addition, our catalyst could retain the high activity of the homogeneous counterpart catalyst and could be reused several times without loss of activity.
