Abstract
⺠H2O2 can be selectively hydrogenated at the exit of HPPO epoxidation reactor. ⺠This methodology can safety eliminate the unreacted H2O2 in HPPO process. ⺠H2O2 can be completely converted in < 20 min in presence of platinum catalyst. ⺠The formation of byproducts from PO depends on the reaction conditions.
