Abstract
⺠Cu-doped CeO2 spheres were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method. ⺠The spheres consist of many tiny particles. ⺠The doping copper increases the redox capability and chemisorption sites for CO. ⺠The excellent catalytic activity is associated with the porous spherical structures.
