Abstract
⺠Bi2S3-sensitized BiOCl photocatalyst was prepared by an ion exchange method. ⺠RhB degradation rate over Bi2S3/BiOCl is much higher than that of BiOCl and Bi2S3. ⺠Bi2S3-BiOCl heterojunction facilitates the separation of photoinduced charge carrier. ⺠Bi2S3-photosensitization to BiOCl extends visible light responsive region.
