Abstract
- Sorbitol was converted to gasoline-ranged products by APRÂ +Â hydrogenolysis.
- Pt-Ir-ReOx/SiO2was an effective catalyst and the highest yield was 42%.
- The addition of HZSM-5 promoted the formation of C5-C6 alkanes.
- The Pt-Ir-ReOx/SiO2 catalyst has Pt-Ir alloy particles covered with ReOx species.
