Abstract
- Ultra-low loading amount of Pt was achieved by modified ALD process.
- The obtained Pt particles with an average particle diameter of 2Â nm.
- The Pt nanoparticles were highly dispersed on carbon nanofibers.
- The carbon nanofibers were derived from low-cost bacterial cellulose.
- As prepared Pt/BCF presented efficient HER catalytic activity.
