Direct synthesis of hydrogen peroxide using glass fabricated microreactor - Multichannel operation and catalyst comparison

- Microfabricated reactors are suitable for the direct synthesis of hydrogen peroxide.
- 10 wt% of hydrogen peroxide was obtained at room temperature, 1 MPa.
- The reaction proceeds via hydrogen peroxide synthesis followed by its hydrogenation.
- The latter process determines the hydrogen peroxide concentration achievable.
